My greatest passion is to instill hope that mental health recovery is conceivable and that individuals can live successful lives. I incorporate integrated, humanistic, and behavioral interventions to guide individuals the process of overcoming life barriers so they can become the man or woman they intend to be. Some of the interventions used include CBT, Client-Centered, Solution-Focused, and Existential Therapy. ”
