About El Centro’s Children’s Wellness Program Summer Workshops

El Centro hosted four summer workshops in June for its Children’s Wellness Program (Nutrición con Corazón) participants and their families, which included cooking demonstrations, provided by the Houston Food Bank, nutritional education sessions, and fitness activities. Additionally, an El Centro Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) offered information about behavior and eating habits for parents.
