Request for Proposals
El Centro de Corazón is soliciting proposals for the construction of the El Centro–Hobby Area Healthcare Center. The project involves a Design/Build Renovation of an existing building to provide healthcare services to the surrounding community. El Centro reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities. All proposals must be submitted via email to procurement@elcentrochc.org no later than Friday, October 10, 2025, at 5:00 PM (CST).
