About El Centro de Corazón
Serving Houston’s East End community since 1994, El Centro de Corazón is an accomplished Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with four health center locations and offers a comprehensive range of pediatric and adult health care services for the medically underserved and uninsured, which includes primary care, women’s health, dental care, and behavioral health services.
About CenteringParenting®
CenteringParenting® brings together 6-8 moms, partners, support people, and their same-age infants with their healthcare providers and other parents. Each CenteringParenting® visit includes individual well-child health assessments, immunizations, and developmental screenings. Parents also track their baby’s growth and oral health. Additionally, moms assess their own health goals and address topics such as stress management, nutrition and weight, and family planning.

Your donation will support underserved mothers and their babies participating in El Centro’s CenteringParenting® groups. Your contribution will provide newborn items for families in need.
