Providing support to organizations like El Centro de Corazón, that provide critical services and programs, are just one of the ways Bank of America is helping improve the quality of life in the communities they serve.

Bank of America’s support will help El Centro to improve the health of low-income underserved individuals by providing a full spectrum of pediatric and adult health care services, which include primary care, women’s health, dental care, and behavioral health care. In addition, Bank of America’s grant will be utilized to provide Patient Navigation services which are barrier-focused interventions to reduce delays in accessing health care services and provide systemic follow through to ensure patients receive timely screenings, preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment.
